Information we collect
Account data (name, email, phone, address), authentication details, KYC documents when you submit them, wallet activity, device/IP signals for fraud prevention, and messages you send to support.
How we use it
To operate the service: verify identity, process deposits and withdrawals, prevent abuse, pay referrals and plan rewards, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.
KYC documents
ID images and selfies are stored privately for review. Access is limited to authorized admins. After decisions, retention follows operational and compliance needs.
Payments
Crypto payments are processed through secure payment providers. Their privacy terms apply to data they process to complete a payment.
Security
We use hashed passwords, CSRF protection, private storage for sensitive uploads, and role-based admin access. No method is perfect — protect your login and never share codes.
